The shared apartment is located in Barrio Santa Cruz in Seville, a perfect location for walking to all the monuments and sights. I loved this area of Seville and the tranquility was the best over all, which is usually hard to find when staying in the very center. Cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, cyber cafes, etc. All are within easy walking distances (between 2-5 minutes). It is an older building but the interior is completly refurbished. Normally it is hard to find a quiet apartment in the center of Sevilla, but in this building it was so quiet - even with windows open towards the street the noise was not loud at all. There were several other apartments in the building, one of which is also rented by "sleepngo" and shares the nice interior patio with the apartment I rented. The apartment is up some flights of stairs from the street entrance door, and the door to apartment opens onto the corridor leading to the living-room, and kitchen area. Two bedrooms and one bathroom off this main area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Downstairs it takes you to the patio which is large and offers a peaceful area with lots of trees and plants which was extremely comfortable. Shared interior typical andalusian patio which offers a peaceful area with lots of trees and plants ... very nice! Everything was in excellent condition and comfortable. In the lounge/dining area there is one sofa - a three-seater but you would need to be small(ish) for three to be comfortable on it for any period of time. Four chairs at the table, television and very bright rooms. The shared apartment was very clean (bathroom, kitchen, etc.). Main bedroom has a double bed and good sized wardrobe. Other bedroom had one single bed. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern furnished. Towels, toilet paper etc. provided. Kitchen was large for overall size of apartment and very well equipped. I usually only made breakfast there but would be perfectly adequate for preparing full meals. As it was coming to July and very hot, the only minor problem was that there is only an air conditioning unit in the living room and not the bedrooms. I found by leaving the bedroom door open I got some benefit from it and slept OK. All else was exactly as expected or better. The agency sleepngo.com was great to deal with - very pleasant and very professional. I was met at the apartment by one of the representatives who also returned the day I left to collect the keys and ask if I had a nice stay. I paid €360 per month which for this part of Seville and the quality of the accommodation I think quite reasonable. I would recommend it and I would stay there again.
