At the venta "El Tropezon 111", a roadside restuarant in Andalucia, there is a restaurant area. A sign on the doors separating the restaurant from the cafe reads: Pidan mesa en la barra antes de pasar - Ask for a table at the bar before entering. These are the items and prices on their menu.

The freezer will contain a mix of commercial, individually wrapped ice-creams, cones and frozen goodies. They may also have 3 basic flavours, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry sold by the scoop.

- Frita - fried
- A la plancha - cooked on a traditional thick iron plate, heated from underneath
- Al horno - baked
- Asado - roasted
- Parrilla - flame grilled (broiled)
- Rebozado - battered
- Muy hecho - well cooked
- Poco hecho - rare
Miscellaneous
Oil, vinegar and salt make up the condiment set. Mayonnaise, tomato sauce and perhaps mustard are available if you ask. They may be in large plastic bottles or individual sachets. I have not seen pepper in the average venta.
Toothpicks will be on the bar top. (Make sure they are individually packaged or in a dispenser. Ok so I'm only 99.9% behind recycling!)
