Location

The property is a town house in an beautiful small Spanish town. The locals are very friendly and I experience authentic Spanish life. The roof terrace is great and is not overlooked.

Nearby Amenities

There are grocery stores and restaurants in the town, so only take 5 minutes to walk to.

The House/Apartment

The town house was off a quiet street and was incredibly peaceful. It was a traditional town house with a Spanish feel, but had been recently refurbished and so is in great condition. There aren't many other rentals in the town, so you are mainly surrounded by Spanish living in the town. The beach is only 25 minutes drive away and the scenery was fantastic.

Garden

There is a great (cheap) public pool open 5 minutes walk away and the town house has a private terrace which is not overlooked.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The house was fantastic, clean and comfortable.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

There are two double bedrooms and each have an ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this townhouse.

Kitchen

I didn't cook much when I was there, but the kitchen contained all the necessary pots and pans etc. It was very practical and clean.

Problems or Bonuses

Only good things to say. I loved it!

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owners are really friendly and flexible regarding when you can arrive/stay until. The owners are English. The price is very reasonable.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I loved my stay and it was made all the better by staying in a traditional Spanish town and experiencing the locals. The stay was both peaceful and good fun.
