apartment sleeps 2 in Seville, Andalusia When12th December - 11th January, 2004, 1 month ReviewThe owners of the apartment are Pura Llorente and her american husband Tom Strong. The price is 300 Euro for 1 week, 800 Euro for 1 month. They live nearby, so it is easy to get their help if needed. On arrival we were greeted by Tom, who is extreemely helpful. He will also tell you about their own favourite restaurants. Email: llorente@ya.com. The apartment is nice and clean and very quiet. It is extremely well-situated. Near to one of the big avenidas with busses, and it is easy to find your home again. Many of the small inner streets are impossible to find. All tourists go around looking down at their maps and then looking up to read the name of the streets. The neighbourhood is very nice and next to the famous barrio Santa Cruz. We liked our quarter better, because it was inhabited mostly by locals and not tourists. It is a 2 room flat. There is a small bedroom with a doublebed. And a very big room containing both kitchen, diningroom and livingroom. The kitchen-utensils are ok. Nothing more. But it worked and we made a lot of nice hot meals ourselves. There is a washing machine and a very nice bathroom. Furniture are ok. Wooden dining room table and two chairs. Two wooden armchairs and a sofabed, in case you have guests one or two nights. One flight up is a flat roof-top. You can dry your clothes up there, and take a cup of coffeé with you. There are 3 plastic-chairs. The most irritating thing for Danes with a good heating-system is a most noisy radiator placed over the window. On and off sending a heavy storm into the room. But that is sure to be the same all over Spain. We highly recommend the apartment for many more reasons than just the price.
