How to Find Hotels in Switzerland

Hotels in Switzerland are very dependable. Use the star rating to judge the quality and comfort level of a hotel. Two and three star hotels will be very good. We sometimes splurge for the luxury of a four star. Five star hotels will be very expensive, but top quality.

How to Book a Hotel

If you are booking your hotel yourself, you can phone or fax to make your reservation. The country code for Switzerland is "41". You do not dial the first zero of the city code when calling from outside the country. (From the US: 011 for international calling, 41 for Switzerland, then city code leaving off the leading zero, and phone number.) If calling from England, the international code is 00.
