Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location in a fantastic city! {4 stars}

As their website says, "An exclusive 4 star‚ Superior’ hotel with excellent 5 star service at the best central location in Zurich. The hotel is opposite the main railway station and at the beginning of the famous Bahnhofstrasse, only 12min by direct train from the International Airport. Perfect for business and leisure!"

The service is very personal with maids cleaning the room while I was at breakfast, a welcome drink when you're registering, a gift of chocolates or water when you leave. I stayed for a few days, checked out and returned a few days later. When I returned there was a handwritten note from the manager and a cake to welcome me back.

The breakfast buffet is very good: fruits, yogurts, cheeses, meats, bacon, eggs, sausages, juice and excellent coffee.

The rooms are decent size, air conditioned with satellite TV, bathrobe and slippers, minibar, complimentary water and hot pot for coffee/tea. An afternoon fruit basket, butler who visits at night to see if you want chocolate--what more could you ask for in a hotel? Can't wait to stay there again!
