Page 10 of 12: Some Recommended Hikes

along Storm Point Nature Trail, the grand Yellowstone Lake

Some of the hikes we enjoyed, and that I recommend, include the Wraith Falls Trail, the Fairy Falls Hike, the Upper Geyser Trail, the Elephant Back Trail, Storm Point Nature Trail, Lamar Valley Meadow Hike, any portion or the entirety of the Grand Canyon hike, and the Pine Creek Trail a little ways outside the Park, between the towns of Gardiner and Livingston, MT. All of these were what I would call easy hikes, except for the Elephant Back Trail, which had an 800 foot elevation rise, but with a rewarding view of Yellowstone Lake at the top. At the end of this report, I have included a few book resources that include recommended hikes.
