Report 2025: Airplanes, Roses, Poppies, Caves, Bridges and Paradise

our A380 Air france Flight

I got a good price on tickets with AirFrance open jaw to Paris return from Marseille, however we had to stay 32 days. Great! Our son was so excited to take the A380. It would be coming to Montreal starting September, and we were lucky to get on that flight. The airplane was new and luxurious with very nice personal screens and had more space for legs even in economy. This was great as we are tall in our family. The meal was good and they served champagne, good wine and digestive. The meal itself and dessert were good too. Our son received a gift bag with his child menu. He was so excited and told his friends on return, we traveled in “big luxury”, his words and he is eight.

We arrived in Paris late at 10am or so (at least we didn’t travel in a storm as the other times). Still tired of jet lag. Got our bags, cleared the Customs. Well, when an A380 arrives at the same time with other planes, it takes some time to get out of CDG. We missed our Roissy bus, and then waited for 45 minutes for the next one. It was late because it got caught in an accident. In the mean time other travelers arrived and together we figured out where to buy tickets inside the airport and from a machine. This didn’t work smoothly. It is also possible to buy tickets on the bus, and I remembered that from our last trip, but we didn’t want to miss this bus.
