We took off to our campsite located between Saumur and Angers. One break on the road, at a supermarket where I could buy some terrine, water baguette and ham, cheese to make us a picnic.

We arrived at our campsite in les Rosiers and were greeted by the owner. While I was paying, we had a chat together and he knew a lot about Quebec, as he traveled there to many cities and towns. He’s blocked our security deposit on the credit card, which I found great.

Our mobile-home was fantastic and was surrounded by greenery, not always the case at other campsites. We had a semi-covered terrace for our meals. After completing the inventory, we went grocery shopping, only 4 km away. We had to cross however a very narrow bridge. The lights were for one direction at a time, however, when a truck crossed it he passed really close to our car, and it was scary.

The countryside was just beautiful. Roses and poppies everywhere.
