Excellent Travel Inn very convenient to Nottingham city centre by tram. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We booked 3 double rooms via the Internet. We only stayed there for two nights. The price per night was 46.95 GBP per room.

Breakfast was not included; we had the option to pay £4.95 for a rich buffet breakfast, or £6.95 for a full English plus buffet.

The hotel is very clean and the bedrooms spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was spotless and big. Use the bath mat: the bathtubs are really slippery.

Every room has an electric kettle and all the necessities to prepare tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

A TV is in every room, but no telephone or hairdryer. (You can ask for one at the reception, though.)

The rooms have wireless Internet connection, but you need to provide your credit card details to enter the 'net.

The rooms are well insulated and therefore very quiet and warm.

The reception desk is open 24h a day.

The hotel has a restaurant (very similar to a North American steak house) and a nice little pub.

This Travel Inn is an excellent choice if you have a car and you do not want to venture into Nottingham city centre driving. The Inn is situated less than 1 mile from J26 off the M1 on the A610 towards Nottingham, 3 miles from the city centre. It has a huge parking lot and just opposite the hotel there is Phoenix Park Tram station, where you can get on a tram and be in the heart of the city in less than 20 minutes. The daily ticket costs £2.
