Very homey B&B on a working farm, great breakfast, friendly hostess, resident dogs.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Wallace Farm. Jackie is very warm and friendly and cooks a filling hot breakfast. We paid 50 pounds a night for a twin bedroom with private bath down the hall. There were only three bedrooms so it stays quite private.

She has a sitting room set aside for guests with a lot of information on things to do in the area. Be aware that she does have four dogs in residence so those who are bothered by animals may not enjoy staying here. We have dogs at home so enjoyed playing ball with Tess the black lab mix and sneaking scraps to them at breakfast!
