2bed/2bath cottage in village near Chipping Campden, Cotswolds, Heart of England

Location

The cottage is located in the courtyard of the main property but is very private and has a small back garden. It is in the heart of the Cotswolds Countryside located nearby to Ilimington, Chipping Camden and Shipston. There are a variety of wonderful gastro-pubs nearby and the shops in the local villages are great - very boutique like and lots of antiques!

Nearby Amenities

There is a village shop within walking distance but for more grocery items a short drive to Shipston is required. A superstore is located in Stratford - about 25 minutes away. Local gastropubs are a short walk or restaurants are a small drive away.

The House/Apartment

The house is a small cottage with a huge kitchen and dining area, a lovely separate lounge and a private back garden. There is a shower room and toilet downstairs and Upstairs has a bath and toilet, a twin bedroom and a double room. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ask for and more!Stereo, TV, boardgames, kitchen equipment and BBQ.

Garden

There is a small backyard garden which is just beautiful.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The house was immaculate and the decor very tasteful.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling!

Kitchen

The kitchen is enormous and contains all equipment including microwave and all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, crockery, pans, pots etc. Also supplied was a bottle of wine and homemade biscuits by the owner, a very nice touch!

Problems or Bonuses

The house was nicer than we expected.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends.

Things to do in this area

Lots to do but there are several folders with things to see and do that you can choose from. Warwick castle is nearby.
