Motel-style hotel on the edge of downtown Carmel. Comfortable, simple rooms. Just a block to restaurants and shops downtown. Excellent value in pricey Carmel.

Lodging is expensive in Carmel, so this place is a great choice for a more economical stay. The hotel is motel-style, with two floors of rooms around a small parking lot.

The rooms are clean, simply but comfortably furnished, with heaters in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very quiet at night. You can walk to everywhere in Carmel from the hotel, and a basic continental breakfast is included.

We paid $99 for a double.
