Villa Florence is a wonderful small boutique hotel one block from Union Square and on the cable car line.

The room/bathroom was nice and spacious and the bedding was soft and very comfortable.

I was concerned about noise since the hotel is on the cable car line, so requested a room in the back. It was extremely quiet. They brought complimentary biscotti and juice, which was a nice touch.

They have an Italian restaurant in the hotel called Kuleto's. I didn't think I needed reservations on a Sunday night, but they were packed. I didn't get a chance to eat there since I only stayed one night. We did have dessert and a glass of wine in their Wine bar. I got a fabulous rate of $120 and parking was $40 which is standard for the city. The hotel offered valet parking. I would definitely stay here again. I believe this is a 3 star hotel.
