Casual restaurant with interesting menu of fresh and organic food.

I first went to the Willow Glen Aqui restaurant a couple of years ago, and was happy to find a local restaurant serving such good food using organic ingredients.

The Willow Glen location has a charming dining patio in the back; we usually head there after placing our orders. The downtown Campbell Aqui also has outdoor tables, but they're on the street. Not quite as peaceful, but pleasant on a nice day.

You can look at the website to see the menu; everything I've had has been delicious. My current favorite is the "Knife and Fork Salmon Burrito." It's served with black beans and a mild salsa verde. (One week I ordered it three times!) There are several menu items for vegetarians and vegans, and they've always been willing the leave out a particular ingredient when I've asked. (I hate cilantro!)

Most entrees are under $10 - the Knife and Fork burrito is $8.99, and as the name implies is big enough for two meals. Check the blackboard at the registers for the daily specials. Tonight I ordered the soup special - a cup of potato and cheese soup for $3.99.

Both locations have separate full bars, and serve very good margaritas. ;) But Aqui is popular with families, too, so the interior can get noisy sometimes.

If you want a good value meal in a casual atmosphere, Aqui is the place to go.
