Parisian desserts and chocolate in the heart of the Oregon coast!

I had lunch and dessert at the cutest little shop in Bandon, OR. I was on an annual pilgrimage with four girlfriends and we stumbled into the place. We entered through a living arbor in the garden and were stunned at this shop! Soup, pre made sandwiches that they make every day from scratch, drinking chocolate, incredible desserts and chocolate oh chocolate.

My sandwich was the tumpty and had turkey, provolone, spiced pecans, blue cheese spread and pear jam on wheat bread that they bake fresh. I also had a sun dried tomato pasta salad and a bottle of Victorian lemonade. It was the best sandwich!!! Everything in my lunch was grand and was about $10.00. We had lunch in the garden. It was so relaxing to sit in the little garden and people watch.

So after lunch we went back in and spoke to the lady working there (Tara I think). She owns it with her husband and another woman and everything there is made from scratch by the three of them. We visited about the shop and it was wonderful to be standing in the middle of this young womens dream!!

So we just had to get dessert and one of there drinking chocolates. OH MY LORD was it incredible! I literally had goose bumps! $5.50 for this chocolate masterpiece with a gooey caramel center that flowed out. My compliments to the chef!!!

On our way out we got a box of 10 chocolates for my husband for $18.50. They were unbelievable and lasted about 15 miles south. Whoops what he doesn't know won't hurt him :-)

When on the Oregon coast this cute little place is a must see!
