Wonderful restaurant in Paso Robles for hearty breakfasts - just what you need to start your day in wine contry off well!

Corned beef hash, toast, chicken apple sausage, and french toast. WOW, photo by moi

Located in the downtown area of Paso Robles, this down-home eatery is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

They have just about anything you could want for breakfast including some innovative items like Potato Skins and Eggs, a breakfast version of Irish Nachos - Yum! All servings are huge.

Meals come with your choice of home fries, grits or what may be the most perfectly crisped slab of hashed browns to be had anywhere. Biscuit and gravy fans will be equally as pleased.

Service is laid back, but the servers are friendly and can tell you anything you want to know about the area.

Gloria had suggested that we check this place out and her recommendation was well deserved! The place was full when we arrived at 9 am on a Friday morning. The food was good, hot, and hearty home-style cooking. After a wonderful breakfast ($18 – cash only, NO credit cards accepted).
