Good food in quiet, elegantly comfortable setting.

A colleague and I had dinner here on Halloween night ... it was nice and quiet.

The large and airy restaurant interior and subdued lighting reminded me of a Houston's restaurant. (That's a compliment!) We were greeted and immediately seated in a comfortable booth. Our server arrived shortly afterward to recite the specials and take our drink order. They have a nice martini menu. ;)

We both ordered the redfish special - grilled filet and topped with mango pineapple salsa. My colleague "warned" me about the large portions, so neither of us got an appetizer or other starter. She said she almost always gets the grilled pork tenderloin because it's amazingly good. (You can see a full menu with prices on their website.)

The redfish was tender and moist, but just a bit bland. We asked for and got extra servings of the tasty mango salsa. The entree was served with a large portion of delcious sauteed spinach.

I'd go back, because although the food was good not great, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent ... I'd try the pork tenderloin next time! Dinner and drinks for two: about $80 + tip.
