Restaurant Charcuterie is a small restaurant right in downtown Healdsburg, CA serving good food and wine.

We made dinner reservations at Restaurant Charcuterie for a Monday evening. We were seated immediately upon arrival.

This is a small restaurant, so reservations are recommended. When browsing the menu, there were interesting choices, but not necessarily the choices I would have expected from a restaurant with this name. I started with a special soup of the day, a chilled crenshaw melon and mint. It was very good, but one I only wanted a small cup of, not a large bowl. My husband started iwth a salad that included greens, almonds, and gorzonzola.

For an entree, I chose the Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Brandy Brown Sugar Glaze ($26), which was a specialty of theirs. It was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was very good, and cooked just right. My husband had the linguini with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, onions, and truffle oil ($19). It was also very good.

We each had a glass of wine. They have different wineries featured, and that evening I had an Alexander Valley Cab from Hobo Winery. We both enjoyed our dinners, and while not the best meal I've ever had, it was very good and I would return there again.
