Location

This house is in a great location, 2 blocks from Nokomis Beach, FL. The walk to the beach was real "cool" according to my 4 year old son because we cross over a draw bridge and see lots of fish in the water.

Nearby Amenities

There are 2 great seafood restaurants only 1 block from the house. Pelican Alley and the Sunset Grill are located right on the water next to the drawbidge and they both serve excellent food. Pelican Alley was our favorite!

The Publix grocery store and Walgreens are only 2 miles away.

The House/Apartment

The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. There was lots of room for my wife and I, 2 teenage girls and our son. The front porch area was a great place for the kids to hang out, listen to music and play games.

Garden

There is a large backyard with fruit trees and a deck to enjoy the sunset evenings.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The beds and couches were very comfortable. A dining room table with 4 chairs.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

A large bathroom that was even big enough for 2 teenage girls.

Kitchen

The kitchen was fully equipped with utencils, dishes, cookware and "yes" a good coffee maker.

Problems or Bonuses

Nokomis Beach is a great family beach.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The owner Steve Milo was very professional and he recommended some very good restaurants and shopping areas.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

I highly recommend staying here. We have been twice and already have plans for another stay.

Things to do in this area

Nokomis Beach is beautiful. You can't beat that sunset!

We did plenty of shopping in Venice and Sarasota. If you get a chance go to the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota it is very interesting.
