Agency and Representatives (and price)

I have rented twice with this agency and have only good things to say about both experiences. In 2004 we rented a huge flat overlooking the Hudson River; in 2005, a smaller 28th-floor apartment with a whole wall of windows overlooking midtown. Both apartments are very well maintained and the rentals went off exactly as expected. Both times I actually contacted several agencies in Manhattan for possible rentals and this was the only one that answered punctually and courteously. All the others took forever to answer, in monosyllables, never offering more than a "yes" or "no" to my questions as if I were a robot.

I am in the vacation rentals business myself and based on my knowledge of this industry, I would strongly recommend New York Habitat because they establish personal communciation with their clients and are happy to help you "shop around" for whatever will suit you best.
