Location

Right on the beach, very near the State Park, Sunset Beach, St. George Island.

Neighbors are close but there's plenty of beach for everyone.

Nearby Amenities

It would be a long walk to where the shops are but doable.

The House/Apartment

The house is very new and in great shape. All the furniture seems new, too.

Garden

The beach is top notch. There are also little terraces with seating, off the bedrooms, some have ocean views and some have bay views.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The furniture was fantastic and plentiful. The place was very clean. We were 13 people and there was more than enough room for everyone for dining and hanging. It's a super high end rental for the island and lived up to it's rating. The website shows all very accurately.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Beds were very good. Bathrooms roomy. Nice showers.

Kitchen

Fantastic kitchen, but of course, not a great knife there.

Two dishwashers, two sinks, lots of counter space. Very easy for many cooks to be in at once.

Problems or Bonuses

Bonus room upstairs with wet bar and huge flat screen TV.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The web site looks quite accurate. Treated well by agency.
