Review

Just one house away from the ocean is a complex with 4 vacation rental houses; 3 2 bed/1 bath cottages and a larger main house (2231 Pane Rd.). The cottages are private (lots of tropical shrubbery) and share a pool and garden area. We looked at cottage "C". It is a charming cottage, both inside and outside. It has the feel of an older cottage, beautifully renovated. All tile floors, light and bright with many windows, vaulted ceilings, comfortably furnished (but a little sparse). One large room with livingroom (good furniture and a large TV and VCR), dining area and kitchen (gas stove, good pots and pans). Washer/dryer. Nice bathroom with a tub and a separate tiled shower. Two bright bedrooms; one queen, one two twins. Small outside sitting area, but you can use the shared garden. Only downside is that the living area looks out to the pool, so there may be noise. It is a good price - about $800/week.
