This lovely two bedroom/one bath apartment is located one block away from the Napa River in downtown Napa. The building contains three vacation rentals, two two bedroom/one bath apartments and and one two bedroom/two bath apartment. The owner lives in the fourth apartment. It also has two off street parking places per apartment.

The apartment is nicely furnished and very clean. There is also a small balcony with a barbecue and small table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room. There are many small touches, such as extra toiletries in the bathroom, chocolate candy by the bedsides, and a large book containing any information needed for the area, including restaurant menus.

Around the corner from the apartment, a two minute walk away, are many restaurants (including Angele), a wonderful bakery (Sweetie Pies) and a jazz club (Silos). The downtown are is a short five minute walk from the apartment.

We spent the weekend with two friends who rented the apartment upstairs from us. Both apartments are comfortable, very clean, and lovely places to stay. We paid the winter rate of $125/night plus a $50 cleaning fee.
